Job summary: We are seeking a highly organised and technically adept Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact projects with a strong focus on DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD initiatives. This role bridges the gap between agile delivery and technical execution, ensuring cross-functional teams operate efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex technical projects within modern software delivery pipelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, continuous delivery principles, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and removing impediments
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of DevOps/CI-CD/DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, QA, and product stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and delivery timelines
  • Establish and maintain clear project plans, risks, dependencies, and status updates across stakeholders
  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across teams
  • Ensure technical requirements, architectural considerations, and security best practices are captured and delivered through proper implementation
  • Track KPIs and delivery metrics to assess team performance and project health, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and stakeholder expectations with professionalism and transparency
  • Champion Agile and DevOps culture by promoting collaboration, ownership, and accountability across delivery teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Scrum Master, ideally within DevOps, CI/CD, or DevSecOps environments
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or Agile Project Management certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
  • Test-driven development
  • A delivery-focused leader who takes full ownership of outcomes and leads by example, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, Agile delivery, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
  • Experience working with cloud-native environment (AWS) and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of information security, compliance requirements, and integrating security into DevOps pipelines
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
