Our client, a highly acclaimed, modern Italian restaurant in Miami, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a refined and artistic dining environment.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven atmosphere. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, working closely with both the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and top-tier hospitality.
You will be a hands-on leader, visible on the floor, and committed to coaching and mentoring staff while upholding high service standards.
Compensation Range of $120,000 - $130,000 base salary + performance-based bonus + excellent benefits package.
