Job Description

About the Role:

This person will support key day to day contact for order management for NS Brands. For order management, the Sales Support Specialist coordinates with the customer at replenishment and buying level. Both internally and externally, they will work to achieve Order Fill Rate (OFR) and On Time Delivery (OTD). This role will coordinate replenishment, logistics, promotional contact coordinator, and quality to ensure excellent service our customers.

Work Schedule:

This position will be located in one of the following locations:

San Antonio, TX or Bentonville, Arkansas

Hybrid; 3x a week in office with 2 days remote.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Bilingual in English/ Spanish preferred.
• Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience desired.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service/indirect sales.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally for excellent customer service.
