Pay Rate: $85/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our on-site team in Sacramento. The selected candidate will work directly with a Salesforce consulting partner to design, build, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that drive client success. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced consulting environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) .
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets .
  • Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile project delivery , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security compliance within Salesforce implementations.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products .
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and App Builder.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder ) strongly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills .
  • Must be available to work on-site in Sacramento full-time.
