Salary Range / Bill Rate : $96.000-110.000 + 10% yearly bonus ( Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education)
Interview Process : 2 rounds, 30 minute teams interview, Onsite panel interview

MUST HAVES:
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering
- Experience troubleshooting on production floor, escalating issues when needed
- Process validation experience
- Comfortable with 80% of their day in the office, 20% on the production floor
-Experience driving projects from beginning to completion
- Experience mentoring Jr. to Mid-level engineers
About the Role:
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer who will be supporting one of our largest medical device manufacturing companies in Southern Indiana. This person will have to have 8+ years of experience working as a manufacturing engineer. They will be spending 20% of their day on the production floor ensuring processes are flowing regularly, escalating any issues to relevant maintenance groups, and monitoring change implementation throughout the floor. 80% of this person's day will be spent in the back-office documenting design change plans, risk documentation and monitoring projects from start to finish. Having experience in project management in a manufacturing background from start to finish. High levels of communication are necessary.
