Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Responsibilities: Your Mission Represent clients in master calendar and individual hearings, bond hearings, motions to reopen, and appeals before the BIA and Federal Circuit. Develop legal strategies that are aggressive, ethical, and client-focused. Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure outstanding legal performance. Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, and cultural empathy. Qualifications: JD and active license in any U.S. state (NC preferred). Fluent in Spanish (required). Minimum 5 years of immigration litigation experience with strong trial skills. Deep knowledge of cancellation of removal, asylum law, waivers, and procedural rules.
