Title: ServiceNow ATF Testing

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium WebDriver with Java .
• Execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria .
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing .
• Debug and analyze issues, log defects, and track them to closure.
• Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation with build and deployment tools.
• Provide reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and risk areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes, automation frameworks, and test coverage .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver automation using Java .
• Solid understanding of TestNG / JUnit frameworks and automation best practices.
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or RestAssured .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, qTest).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
