We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas, killer visuals, and on-trend storytelling to life across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You’ll work closely with creative directors, video producers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life and ensure our clients’ brands appear consistently and impactfully online.

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating and editing content that captivates audiences, builds brand awareness, and supports our clients’ goals. You’re someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands what makes content go viral, and can adapt your creativity to different voices, industries, and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept, create, and publish short-form and long-form video content across social platforms
• Stay ahead of social media trends, audio, and challenges to integrate into client campaigns
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and account teams to translate brand messaging into compelling content
• Write captions, scripts, and storyboards aligned with each brand’s tone and goals
• Monitor platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Attend client shoots, in-person content days, or remote sessions as needed
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Deliver assets on schedule and keep organized across multiple projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaign goals, creative direction, and KPIs
• Assist with talent and influencer outreach, UGC campaigns, and paid social support as needed
• Direct talent during production

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally at an agency or in-house marketing team
• Strong portfolio or social media samples demonstrating video creation, storytelling, and editing skills
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform best practices
• Experience using content scheduling and planning platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Ability to adapt to different brand voices, audiences, and objectives
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media content filming and paid social content is a bonus, but not required
