BRMUD is a next-gen K-Beauty brand redefining skincare through clean ingredients, clinical credibility, and bold, scroll-stopping content. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, understands how to go viral, and knows what moves the beauty consumer — especially in the world of K‑Beauty.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing daily content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts , including shoppable content designed to convert viewers into customers.

1. Daily Content Creation & Publishing

• Own daily posting across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos that drive engagement and sales

• Create shoppable content that showcases BRMUD products in a high-impact, native way

2. Editing & Production

• Edit short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro , or Final Cut Pro

• Create polished photo and video content using tools like Snapseed , VSCO , Lightroom , or Photoshop

• Optimize content with overlays, captions, trending audio, and visual hooks for social

3. Trend Monitoring & Cultural Fluency

• Track TikTok, IG Reels, and Shorts trends daily — from audio to effects to creator formats

• Adapt trending content into BRMUD’s brand voice and style

• Monitor K‑Beauty trends and community conversations to stay ahead of the curve

4. Strategy & Analytics

• Work with the creative and marketing teams to plan monthly calendars and campaign support

• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares, conversions)

• Optimize posting time, frequency, and content type based on insights and platform best practices

5. Collaboration & Brand Development

• Partner with the influencer and product teams to integrate UGC, product storytelling, and launch content

• Support shoot days, campaign ideation, and in-house styling or planning as needed

• 2+ years of experience in short-form content creation and social media management
• Deep knowledge of TikTok , Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Proficient in video editing software: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong photo editing skills using Snapseed , VSCO , Lightroom , or Photoshop
• A sharp creative eye for lighting, framing, transitions, and color
• Passionate about K‑Beauty , skincare culture, and staying ahead of social trends
• Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week at our Los Angeles HQ
