9 Line Agency and Companies is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us keep our brand voice strong, our posts sharp, and our calendar in sync. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy social media enthusiast ready to step into a fast-moving and mission-driven environment.

• Assist in planning, managing, and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar across multiple platforms
• Take draft content and give it that final polish—captions, hashtags, formatting, and publishing
• Cross-post across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok with platform-native formatting
• Collaborate with leadership to align content with key company initiatives and partner campaigns
• Monitor posts for engagement and help shape our voice in the comments and replies
• Stay up-to-date with trends, features, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and effective
• Support light content creation, repurposing, and AI-assisted post drafting (we’ll show you the tools!)

• A strong communicator with a good eye for detail, tone, and formatting
• Familiar with social media platforms and tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn scheduling
• Comfortable learning new tools, including AI-powered platforms to speed up your workflow
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple posting schedules without missing a beat
• Passionate about helping brands grow in fun, meaningful ways—especially across digital spaces
• Previous experience managing or supporting business social pages is a plus, but not required

• Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Sprout, or Hootsuite
• Interest in real estate, travel, or veteran-owned brands (we do all three!)
• Creative writing, meme-making, or short-form video skills
