A one-of-a-kind property near St. Simmons Island is seeking an Overnight Stewarding Manager . This hotel features multiple dining options with beautiful views of the water. In this role, you will manage the overnight stewarding crew who cleans and prepares the outlets for the next day's service. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the highest level of hospitality with ample room for upward growth.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000​ (commensurate with experience) + Health, Dental & Vision plans, 401k, a great PTO plan, and more!

Relocation assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Bilingual English/Spanish is Mandatory

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Steward Management experience in an upscale setting
• Prior experience with inventory control, food sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to lead and encourage others while demonstrating honesty and integrity

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee kitchen sanitation and stewarding operations
• Order necessary supplies, including equipment, tools, uniforms, etc.
• Must ensure compliance with policies and health safety standards
• Comprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of the department
