Job Description

***This opportunity requires the person to be on-site 3 days a week either in the Bryan, OH or Beachwood, OH Office.***

General Summary:

At Phothera, we are building something truly remarkable that will long outlive us. As part of our mission, we are advancing phototherapy to make people safer, healthier, and more productive. Auto-immune skin diseases such as Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, and Vitiligo can be debilitating both physically and emotionally. Many topical and pharmaceutical treatments are costly and have serious side effects. With phototherapy, payers have a low-cost alternative, providers have a simple and effective solution, and patients have a safe, easy, and natural alternative with the option of use in the comfort of their own home.

We are expanding our journey to help patients, improve clinical outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and expand market access. Phothera offers phototherapy devices for clinic and home treatment use under the guidance and prescription of an authorized care provider. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders with a strong bias-for-action to accelerate adoption and growth.

A Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the touchpoints within strategic accounts, which are preferably (but not limited to) IDN Health Plans, where establishing contracts mutually benefits the patient, the health plan, and Phothera.

  • Participate in marketing strategies to support physician and provider initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with IDN’s, healthcare organizations, partners, providers, and KOLs in the healthcare ecosystem to enhance the company's market reach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop a close relationship with providers within assigned accounts, understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction and driving increased utilization of home phototherapy.
  • Identify and address customer pain points promptly. Bring VOC and competitive insight to the organization. Monitor data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate with IDN’s, providing product education, notifications, price changes, terminations, etc. as well as gathering VoC feedback, establishing trust and rapport.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor and report on KPIs of assigned accounts.
