Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: LA, CA
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
About Us:
We are a fast-growing tea beverage brand with a strong retail presence across the U.S. Our
mission is to bring high-quality, innovative, and culturally inspired tea experiences to our
customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our
team and help us build a sustainable, traceable, and efficient supply chain from the source to our stores.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and resourceful Supply Chain Manager with deep knowledge of
upstream supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing
and managing key agricultural and food-grade materials—including dairy, fruits, vegetables, and
other perishable goods—with a focus on traceability and supplier development. This role is
critical to ensuring product quality, supply continuity, and cost efficiency as we scale our
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy, with a focus on upstream
sourcing of raw materials such as milk, fruits, vegetables, and specialty ingredients.
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with farms, co-ops, and primary producers to
ensure stable supply and quality control.
• Develop and implement traceability systems to track the origin of key ingredients,
ensuring full compliance with food safety and sustainability standards.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new suppliers; continuously assess performance and
ensure alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and store teams to align supply chain capabilities with
product development and store needs.
• Monitor market trends and risks related to agricultural supply and proactively develop
sourcing contingency plans.
• Manage procurement budgets, optimize cost efficiencies, and improve lead times and
logistics.
• Ensure all suppliers meet required certifications, including USDA, HACCP, organic
standards (where applicable), and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive new product development and maintain timely and efficient communication with
relevant departments at headquarters, including product R&D, supply chain, and
logistics.
• Complete various tasks assigned by the leader in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or
a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, agricultural sourcing, or food production,
preferably in F&B or CPG.
• Deep understanding of upstream agricultural supply chain, including farm-to-factory
processes.
• Demonstrated experience with product traceability systems and food safety compliance.
• Strong supplier network in dairy, fruits, and/or produce sourcing preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment with a hands-on mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Employee discount on our tea products
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment
• Opportunity to shape a key function in a rapidly expanding brand
