Are you a hands-on Supply Chain Leader ready to take on a dynamic challenge? A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize inventory, logistics, and customer service operations. This position is based in Taylor, MI.

About the Role:

• Manage inventory tracking of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring seamless production flow.
• Lead a team, including customer service, logistics, shipping & receiving, and warehouse personnel.
• Work closely with Head of Operations to drive supply chain efficiency and process improvements.
• Oversee manual tracking processes, with a focus on streamlining and optimizing supply chain systems.
• Ensure compliance with MMOG (Materials Management Operations Guidelines) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a steady supply of materials for manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and customer service operations.
• Hands-on experience with manual tracking processes; QAD system experience is a plus.
• Background in automotive or manufacturing supply chains is beneficial.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
