Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with expertise in dashboard building, data visualization, SQL, Python, AWS, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in data quality frameworks and leveraging AI copilots to enhance analytical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Implement AI-driven analytics (Tableau GPT, AI Copilot) to automate reporting and insights generation.
• Utilize SQL and Python to develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data transformations.
• Work with AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena) for data extraction, transformation, and storage.
• Implement and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure high accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable visualizations.
• Optimize Tableau performance, including extract refresh schedules and query tuning.
• Stay updated with AI/ML trends to integrate advanced analytics into dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Performance Optimization).
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Experience with AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, QuickSight).
• Familiarity with AI copilots like Tableau GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot for workflow automation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience implementing data quality and governance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
