Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office; work from home on Fridays
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is strictly administrative with a focus on coordination, communication, and accurate recordkeeping to keep the hiring process running smoothly.

This role requires regular sitting, typing, and use of office equipment. Occasional standing, light lifting, or bending may be required when supporting events.
