Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Austin, Texas 5 day on-site

Contract Type: Contract (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $33/hour

Duration: 6 months with potential extension

Industry: Grocery Retail / Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a major grocery retail company in identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and engineering roles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment that is transforming the retail experience through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data analysts, DevOps, and IT support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
