Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our drivers and fleet operations.
2. Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules, to ensure effective learning and retention.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.
4. Facilitate training workshops and seminars to enhance drivers' skills in areas such as route optimization, customer service, and safety protocols.
5. Provide regular feedback to drivers and management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
6. Ensure all training programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
7. Develop and deliver safety training programs to minimize risks and ensure drivers' adherence to safety standards.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to incorporate relevant updates into training materials.
9. Provide ongoing support and resources to drivers to ensure they maintain their skills and knowledge.
10. Collaborate with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure consistent training standards across all partner fleets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
2. Experience in training and development, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
3. Strong instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging and effective training content.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
