Global Q&R Compliance Training Specialist

Pay Rate/Range: $50.00 to $53.00

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Onsite in Branchburg, NJ

Duration: 1 year

As a Training Specialist within the Diagnostics organization, you will support the development, execution, and maintenance of training processes impacting approximately 30,000 employees globally, including affiliates. You will play a key role in enhancing the training infrastructure to meet evolving organizational priorities—particularly as new technologies and portfolio investments arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer training processes and systems (e.g., Cornerstone Learning Management System).
• Create and update Training Matrices in collaboration with Learning Experts and Q&R stakeholders.
• Manage learning intake requests via email, ServiceNow (SNOW) , and other digital platforms.
• Create and maintain learner groups, curricula, and training assignments.
• Coordinate with the Global Learning Services (GLS) team and affiliates to ensure system alignment.
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative training concepts that align with adult learning principles and compliance needs.
• Support internal and external audit readiness through training data reporting, compliance analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Network Leads, Sub Chapter Leads, and stakeholders
• Assist in executing the mid- to long-term strategy of the Global Q&R Compliance Team.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Science, Engineering, Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional certification).
• 1–2 years of experience in training or quality management in a regulated environment .
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), with a focus on training and GxP requirements.
• Knowledge of adult learning trends , competency frameworks, and compliance training best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and propose effective, practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrixed global organization .
• Proficient with digital tools such as Cornerstone, Microsoft Office, and workflow systems.
