Transactional Real Estate Attorney
In-Office with some hybrid flexibility
Full-Time & Direct Hire | $130,000 - $190,000 DOE
A well-established firm is seeking a skilled Transactional Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and borrower-side financing. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated deals in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial real estate properties.
Advise borrowers in connection with real estate financing transactions, including loan negotiations, refinancing, and secured lending.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on real estate matters and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions and borrower-side financing.
Licensed to practice in Colorado or eligible for reciprocity.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $190,000, depending on experience.
