About the Opportunity

A prominent and fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join its litigation team in Milwaukee. This is a high-impact role for a confident litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is ready to take on significant cases with autonomy and robust support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as first chair in personal injury jury trials.
• Develop case strategy, conduct depositions, argue motions, and lead trial preparation.
• Collaborate with legal staff including paralegals, case managers, and junior attorneys.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure top-tier representation.

Qualifications

• Must have served as first chair in at least 3 trials .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on personal injury.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar .
• Exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $150,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
