Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in advising clients on estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and ancillary documents. Experience with direct client contact is desirable but not strictly necessary.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
