Facility Size: 170,000 sq. ft.

Operations: Air and Ocean CFS, CCSF Screening, and Distribution

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our 170,000 sq. ft. facility in Atlanta, GA. This individual will oversee all warehouse functions, including Air and Ocean Container Freight Station (CFS) operations, Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) screening, and distribution services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance to ensure the seamless execution of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in Air and Ocean CFS, CCSF screening, and distribution services.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, and other regulatory requirements for cargo handling and screening.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
• Monitor and manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to facilitate seamless cargo movement.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, conducting regular audits and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a high-volume logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Air and Ocean freight operations, CFS, and CCSF screening procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and other logistics software solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (TSA, CBP, OSHA, IATA, FMC).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
