Are you a creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with others and bringing ideas to life? Endeavor Real Estate Group is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is excited to grow as a designer, and values strong working relationships with teammates and internal clients alike.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director and team members across our leasing and development teams to create a wide range of materials. Projects may include brochures, flyers, market reports, presentations, inventories, and email campaigns. You’ll design for both print and digital platforms and be part of a collaborative, communicative, and solutions-focused team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player who communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person
  • Someone who’s flexible and responsive, able to adjust quickly based on feedback or shifting needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when working with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)
  • Some experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (beginner to intermediate is great!)
  • Strong organization and time management skills—you’ll be balancing multiple deadlines
  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to all types of projects
  • Interest in the commercial real estate industry
  • Photography skills are a bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design flyers and brochures using our branded templates or design standards
  • Create original designs for new projects—bring your ideas to the table!
  • Make timely updates to existing flyers and assets as requested
  • Keep graphic source files organized and up to date
  • Design and update email blasts using templates
  • Refresh other marketing assets as needed (presentations, inventories, etc.)
  • Help track and manage incoming tasks in Asana - our project management system
  • Collaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to deliver great design solutions
  • Support the Marketing team on various creative initiatives as needed

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Mac OS
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (intermediate)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (beginner to intermediate)
  • Excel (basic)
  • Web platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Craft (a plus)
  • Photography and drone experience (a plus!)

Your Background:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience as part of a creative team—in-house or agency
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or web design is a big plus

Work Schedule & Location:

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based in Downtown Austin, Texas . We offer a hybrid work schedule to help you balance your work and personal life.
