Job Description

Neal Roofing & Waterproofing, a leading roofing company in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial roofing projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned roofing professional looking to advance their career in a fast-growing company with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews and subcontractors on various projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and OSHA standards.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during projects.
• Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Oversee materials management, ensuring proper inventory and on-site logistics.
• Maintain project records including daily reports, work progress, and material usage.

Qualifications:

✅ Commercial roofing experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, metal, etc.).

✅ Proven leadership experience managing roofing crews and subcontractors.

✅ Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in using project management software/CRM systems.

✅ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Job Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time
• Base Salary: $100,000 + Performance Bonuses
