Quality Inspector / Final Inspector (with X-Ray & Raw Material Inspection Experience)

12+ Months Contract Possibility of Extension or Conversion

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with strong background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing to join our Client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Final Inspection , In-process inspection , and Incoming Raw Material Inspection .
• Operate and evaluate X-Ray Inspection Equipment (digital and/or film-based).
• Conduct Product Audits and Process Audits .
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Handle document control , data entry , and general administrative tasks related to inspection processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Report and document non-conformances in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–5+ years experience in a Quality Inspector or similar role.
• Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of X-ray inspection methods , raw material standards , and AS9102 / AS9100 .
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Nice to Have:

• NDT Level I/II Certification (esp. in Radiographic Testing – RT)
• Experience with ERP/MES systems or quality databases
