Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support *** Team in conducting internal and external research studies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing study approvals, protocols, enrolling subjects, and performing basic data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study Support : Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external user studies focused on health features, including device preparation, participant enrollment, and study material distribution.
- Benchtop Testing : Conduct benchtop testing of hardware and prototypes to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Cross - Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and legal teams to ensure study expectations are met and all necessary requirements are fulfilled.
- Participant Management : Schedule participants for user studies using internal tools, monitor and reschedule cancellations as needed.
- Progress Reporting : Prepare progress reports and summarize study progress and results for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with hardware and software, such as sensors, Python, Excel, Matlab, and other relevant tools (previous experience is a plus).
- Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively to maximize availability when participants arrive in the lab for user studies.
- Collaboration and Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, interpret and communicate research findings and insights.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem - Solving Skills : Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Independence : Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

- LaMa (Launch Manager): Familiarity with LaMa, a tool used for managing and tracking research projects.
- Python : Programming skills in Python, including data analysis and visualization.
- Excel : Advanced skills in using Excel for data analysis and management.
- Sensors : Knowledge of sensors and their applications in research studies.
- Meta Experience : Experience working with Meta or similar companies, including familiarity with their products and services. Similar Companies: 1. Apple 2. Samsung
