Sales Coordinator Role:
The Sales Coordinator position plays an essential role in driving sales success by managing processes, coordinating leads, and supporting customer needs
Support the sales team to help achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate sales activities and manage schedules to ensure efficient workflows
Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing reports
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments
Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new opportunities
Field website-generated service requests and generate recycling or service proposals for prospects
Record all sales-related activity in CRM, Salesforce
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
Assist in closing orders and meeting quarterly sales quotas
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and objectives
Sales Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Previous experience with B2B customer support
Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening, presentation, and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of the restaurant, food manufacturing, or agriculture industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general database tools
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Filipino, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese are a plus
