Job title: Program Manager III / 3rd Party Risk Management / Analyst

Duration: 4 Months (With Possible Extensions)

Location: Mountain View CA (100% Remote)

Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)

Timings: Candidate can work local hours

Individual contributor who drives one or more enterprise compliance projects. Third party risk management analyst who conducts adverse media screening and reviews results of due diligence, analyzes, and resolves or escalates per guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor role
• Review and disposition of potential screening matches
• Identify and resolve false positives using a risk-based approach
• Manage backlog of screening hits from third-party onboarding
• Conduct due diligence on internal supplier onboarding at Intuit
• Respond to ad hoc requests involving screening data
• Perform sanctions screening (e.g., Politically Exposed Persons)
• Utilize World-Check, Ofek screening, Aravo or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Finance, Finance Ops, Legal, Sanctions Team, General Counsel

Required Experience:

• Strong background in 3rd party risk management and due diligence
• Fintech or banking experience preferred
• Familiarity with sanctions screening, regulatory compliance, and politically exposed persons (PEP)
• Experience using screening tools (e.g., World-Check, Aravo, Ofek)

Interview Process:

• One round (45 minutes)
